Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy – GBWise

At GBWise, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services, including guest post publishing, sponsored content, and advertising services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued, in accordance with United Kingdom law.

1. Digital Services & Guest Post Orders

GBWise primarily provides digital services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Guest post publishing
  • Sponsored articles
  • Content promotion
  • Advertising placements

Once a digital service has been started, delivered, or published, it is considered consumed, and no refund will be issued, as permitted under UK consumer law.

2. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services.

However, this right does not apply once:

  • The customer has given explicit consent for the service to begin immediately, and
  • Acknowledged that the right to cancel is lost once the service starts.

By placing an order with GBWise, you agree that work may begin immediately and waive your right to cancel once delivery has started.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed
  • A guest post was not published due to an error solely caused by GBWise
  • Duplicate payment made by the customer

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases including:

  • Change of mind after publication
  • Dissatisfaction with traffic, SEO results, or rankings
  • Removal of published content due to violation of GBWise editorial or ethical guidelines
  • Delays caused by incomplete information from the customer

5. Content Removal Policy

Once a guest post or sponsored article is published, it will remain live for the agreed duration. Removal requested by the customer does not qualify for a refund.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact GBWise directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension and permanent service refusal.
